李曉明教授課題組聚焦于焦慮障礙、抑郁障礙等精神疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究，是國(guó)家基金委重大項(xiàng)目“焦慮障礙發(fā)病機(jī)制及臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究”和國(guó)家科技創(chuàng)新2030重大項(xiàng)目“恐懼情緒的神經(jīng)環(huán)路機(jī)制研究”的首席科學(xué)家，代表性論文發(fā)表在cell, nature medicine, nature neuroscience，neuron，biological psychiatry等國(guó)際一流學(xué)術(shù)期刊上，獲得“抑郁癥的診斷試劑盒”等多項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利。（近五年代表作詳見(jiàn)https://person.zju.edu.cn/lixm#572883）。

因工作需要，現(xiàn)招聘，具體如下：

現(xiàn)因工作需要，誠(chéng)招特聘（副）研究員（co-pi）和博士后各1~2，具體如下：

一、崗位要求：

1.身心健康，品行端正，有強(qiáng)烈的科學(xué)興趣和上進(jìn)心。

2.應(yīng)聘(副)研究員者，需有博士后或相當(dāng)經(jīng)歷，具有獨(dú)立開(kāi)展科研工作和指導(dǎo)研究生工作的能力；應(yīng)聘博士后者須即將畢業(yè)或剛畢業(yè)。

3.有扎實(shí)的科研基礎(chǔ)和訓(xùn)練，發(fā)表過(guò)或即將發(fā)表較高質(zhì)量的第一作者文章，有較強(qiáng)的檢索、閱讀英文文獻(xiàn)能力，以及英文交流和寫(xiě)作能力，

4.具備豐富的實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和獨(dú)立的科研探索精神。有下列研究背景者優(yōu)先：神經(jīng)科學(xué)，精神病學(xué)，（神經(jīng)精神）藥理學(xué)，認(rèn)知和情緒心理學(xué)，腦影像學(xué)，免疫學(xué)等。

professor xiao-ming li 's lab focuses on the circuit and molecular mechanisms underlying the emotions and related disorders, in identifying targets to develop therapeutic strategies for treating psychiatric disorders. to investigate these, a variety of techniques – including genetic and viral manipulations, electrophysiology, in vivo imaging and clinical intervention are used. his lab builds extensive collaborations with lots of basic research and clinical research labs.

professor xiao-ming li is the chief scientist leading the major project of the national natural science foundation "mechanisms and clinical translation of anxiety disorder" and the major project of the ministry of science and technology "research on the neural circuit mechanism of fear emotion". his representative papers have been published in cell, nature medicine, nature neuroscience, neuron, biological psychiatry, etc. (for more information, please refer to https://person.zju.edu.cn/lixm#572883 ).

li’s lab is now recruiting 1-2 (associate) researchers (co-pi) and 1-2 postdoctoral fellows.

position qualifications:

1.good in physical and mental health；

2.have obtained or will soon obtain m.d. and/or ph.d. degree；

3.with a strong background in neuroscience, psychiatry, cognitive and emotional psychology, neuropharmacology, brain imaging or immunology；

4.have published or will publish high-quality paper(s). excellent english and communication skills.

5.independent, innovative and motivated；
