南京大學大氣科學學科成立于1924年，是中國高校中歷史最為悠久的大氣科學專業，為國家重點學科、國家“雙一流”建設學科，在歷次學科評估以及各類學科排名中均名列前茅。學院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，包括中國科學院院士3名、長江學者特聘教授2名、國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者5名、國家級優秀青年人才11名。

學院面向國際科學前沿和服務國家重大需求，積極開展高水平科學研究和一流人才培養。擁有中尺度災害性天氣教育部重點實驗室、大氣與地球系統科學教育部國際合作聯合實驗室、江蘇省氣候變化協同創新中心、中國氣象局-南京大學氣候預測研究聯合實驗室、江蘇南京長三角大氣過程與環境變化國家野外科學觀測研究站等科研平臺，與國際一流高校和科研機構建立了長期的交流合作關系，具有較大的國際影響力。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學大氣科學學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事大氣科學領域各主要研究方向的優秀青年人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘準聘副教授不超過2名、準聘助理教授不超過4名，特別優秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘研究方向包括：

（1）災害性天氣

（2）氣候動力學與氣候系統

（3）大氣邊界層與城市氣象

（4）大氣化學

（5）大氣探測

（6）地球系統模式

（7）人工智能與氣象大數據

（8）氣候變化影響評估與適應對策

三、申請條件

3.一流的學術背景：具有相關學科領域的博士學位，具有一流教學科研機構的學習、工作經驗，熟悉相關領域國際前沿的研究動態。其中準聘副教授和準聘助理教授分別要求博士畢業從事學術研究4年以上和2年以上，特別優異者可放寬年限。

4.出色的教學能力：具有勝任本專業核心基礎課程和前沿課程的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發展潛力：在相關研究方向有較為系統的研究積累和具有一定國際影響的創新性研究成果，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學術潛力。
