南京大學物理學科是我國最早建立的物理學科之一，歷經百年發展，學科方向全、綜合實力強、國際影響顯著，在歷次學科評估中均名列前茅。學院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，總體規模約198 人，其中中國科學院院士8名、長江學者特聘教授19名、杰青30名、四青人才37名。擁有一批高水平科教平臺：固體微結構物理國家重點實驗室、近代聲學教育部重點實驗室、江蘇省高技術研究重點實驗室（納米技術）、以及十余個跨學科研究所與研究中心；物理教學實驗中心是國家物理學基礎學科人才培養基地和國家物理實驗教學示范中心。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學物理學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事物理領域各主要研究方向的優秀青年人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘1名準聘助理教授研究方向為：

（1）新能源材料的制備與輸運特性；

（2）智能材料及其物性；

（3）光電轉化與探測。

三、申請條件

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Physics, Nanjing University, China

I. About the School

The School of Physics at Nanjing University is one of the earliest physics disciplines established in China. After the development of a hundred years, the School of Physics has ranked among the best Chinese physics departments with complete disciplines, strong comprehensive strength and remarkable international reputation. Currently, the school has a high-level research team of about 198 faculty members and staffs, including 8 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 19 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 30 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. The school hosts the State Key Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures, the Ministry-of-Education Key Laboratory of Modern Acoustics, the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Nano Technology, and over ten interdisciplinary research centers. The Teaching Center for Experimental Physics is the base of fostering talents majoring in physics and the State Demonstration Center of Physics Experimental Teaching.

II. Positions

The School of Physics at Nanjing University plans to recruit 1 tenure-track assistant professors from all over the world. Areas of specific interests :

1.Preparation and transport properties of new energy materials

3.Photoelectric conversion and detection

III. Qualifications

The applicant should

(1) Compliance with law and regulations of the People s Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research;

(2) Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics;

(3) Ph.D. in Physics or related disciplines, with study and working experience in first-class research institutions and/or post-doctoral, who is familiar with international cutting-edge research trends in related fields. The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree;

(4) Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good pedagogy and strong presentation ability;

(5) Scientific research achievements visibility and future development potential: Great achievements in relevant research directions, original views on relevant research fields, clear ideas for future research plans, and good academic potential.
