一、學院概況
北京大學深圳研究生院（簡稱北大深研院）成立于2001年，由北京大學和深圳市人民政府共同創辦，經過二十四年發展，依托北大、立足深圳，逐步成為扎根深圳的北京大學研究型國際化校區，北京大學創建世界一流大學戰略的重要組成部分。
北大深研院立足北京大學的品牌優勢和學科實力，結合深圳的區位優勢，以“前沿領域、交叉學科、應用學術、國際標準”為辦學方針，以服務深圳及國家戰略需求為目標導向，布局和搶占科學發展制高點，努力營造良好、寬松、自由、穩定的學科發展氛圍，培育促進重大成果產生的土壤，鼓勵原始創新的不斷涌現。形成以學院為支撐、以重點實驗室和重大創新工程等重大平臺為依托，深耕人才培養與科技創新。
目前，北大深研院現有在校研究生3700余人；涵蓋7個學科門類，16個一級學科，設有8個學院。
人文社科學院是北大深研院八個下屬學院之一，是北京大學在深圳的一個多學科平臺，為人文社科類各專業在南方進行科研、教學、跨學科交流合作等提供支持和服務。在目前新一輪學科建設中，人文社科學院將建成涵蓋全日制辦學、思政課教學、通識教育、特色培訓和人文實驗室等多方面的交叉型文科教學科研平臺。目前人文社科學院承擔深研院全日制研究生公共英語、對外漢語等語言類課程教學任務。現公開招聘英語教師2名。
二、招聘崗位和要求
（一）英語教師
1、招聘人數：1人
2、崗位職責：主要承擔研究生英語教學和留學生對外漢語教學任務；參與學院的建設工作，承擔部分行政和學生管理工作等。
3、崗位要求：
【教學副教授】
（1）具有良好的思想政治素質和道德品質、學術道德和職業精神。
（2）國內外知名大學英語語言文學、翻譯學或相關專業畢業，具有應用語言學背景者優先。
（3）具有博士學位，具有副教授職稱。
（4）具有堅實的理論基礎和系統的專業知識與技能，有豐富教學經驗者優先。
（5）有國內外代表性科研成果發表，學術水平優秀，有顯著的發展潛力。
（6）有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。
【講師】
（1）具有良好的思想政治素質和道德品質、學術道德和職業精神。
（2）國內外知名大學英語語言文學、翻譯學或相關專業畢業，具有應用語言學背景者優先。
（3）原則上需具有博士學位；具有碩士學位的需具有3年以上中國高校任教經驗。
（4）具有堅實的理論基礎和系統的專業知識與技能，有豐富教學經驗者優先。
（5）有國內外代表性科研成果發表，學術水平優秀，有顯著的發展潛力。
（6）有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。
（二）外籍英語教師（講師）
1、招聘人數：1人
2、崗位職責：主要承擔研究生英語教學，和語言中心（language center）相關工作；參與學院的一些行政工作。
3、崗位要求：
（1）?遵守中華人民共和國法律法規，符合來華工作許可要求；愿意遵守學校的各項規章制度，具有良好的道德品質、學術道德和職業精神。
（2） 母語為英語。具備純正的英語發音和流利的表達能力。
（3） 專業為英語教育、語言學、文學、教育學或相關領域。
（4）?原則上需具有博士學位；具有碩士學位的需具有3年以上在中國從事語言教學工作的經驗。深入了解英語國家文化、歷史、社會習俗等，具備出色的聽說讀寫能力，能夠承擔研究生綜合英語、英語口語、英語聽力、英語寫作、英語閱讀等課程教學。
（5）?持有國際認可的英語教學資格證書，如TESOL、TEFL、CELTA等。
（6）?有熱情和能力承擔教學科研工作。

2. Responsibilities: primary focus on postgraduate English teaching and?Language Center-related work; engage in some administrative?work.
3.?requirements:
(1) Comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and meet the requirements for work permits in China; be willing to abide by all the rules and regulations of?the school or university, and have good moral character, academic ethics and professionalism.
(2) Native English speaker with pure English pronunciation and fluent expression.
(3)Major in English education, linguistics, literature, pedagogy or related fields.
(4) In principle, a doctorate degree is required;?candidates?with a master degree are required to have more than 3 years of experience in language teaching in China. Have a deep understanding of the cultures, histories, social customs, etc. of English- speaking countries, possess excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and?enable to?undertake the teaching of courses such as comprehensive English for postgraduates, spoken English, English listening, English writing and English reading.?(5) certificates of?TESOL, TEFL, CELTA?and the?recognized English teaching certificate?is needed
