一、崗位要求

1.數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與數(shù)據(jù)庫、人工智能、深度學(xué)習(xí)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士；

二、工作內(nèi)容

利用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)算法開展基因組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工作，開發(fā)基因組分析算法。結(jié)合比較基因組及進(jìn)化生物學(xué)，利用大模型及機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)開展基因型與表型比較研究，有眾多課題可供選擇。課題將在浙江大學(xué)生命演化研究中心張國捷教授團(tuán)隊及阿里巴巴葉杰平團(tuán)隊共同指導(dǎo)下開展。兩個團(tuán)隊已經(jīng)組織開展了多項基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域前沿研究，收集了海量的基因組及表型數(shù)據(jù)，在基因組學(xué)及人工智能領(lǐng)域強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合，期待您的加盟。

responsibilities:

the position involves using machine learning algorithms to carry out genomic data mining and developing new genomic analysis algorithms. the candidate will integrate machine learning methods with large-scale genomic data to build the link between genotype and phenotype. there will be many research topics to choose from. the topic will be jointly guided by professor guojie zhang's team at the center for evolutionary & organismal biology at zhejiang university and dr. jieping ye's team at alibaba. these two teams have already carried out cutting-edge research in genomics, collected large amounts of data, and developed new models for genomic data mining. we look forward to your joining us.
