【申請條件】：

1.具有獨立開展研究工作的能力、強烈的事業心和責任心、開闊的學術視野和團隊合作精神，學術作風端正、嚴謹；

2.申請人須為應屆博士畢業生、獲得博士學位的全日制博士（不含在職博士后）。應屆博士畢業生須已滿足博士學位論文答辯的基本要求；

3.近年來，在本專業領域產出高質量代表性成果，具有成為優秀學者的潛質。

【博士后待遇】：

1.博士后薪酬實行基本年薪制，薪酬總額由學校配資、導師（學院）配資、租房補貼和五險一金構成，入選國家博士后人才支持計劃者，其國家資助經費在校發薪酬之外單獨發放，科研博士后導師配資額不得低于學校要求。

2.博士后進站后戶口可遷至北京，落在我校常住集體戶口，其配偶和子女戶口不可遷入。在站期間生育子女的女性博士后，可以辦理子女落戶。

3.女性博士后在產假期間的薪酬和醫療待遇依據國家有關規定執行，生育津貼與產假期間的薪酬按照孰高原則發放。

4.在站卓越師資博士后，其子女可享受學校正式職工子女入學入托待遇，在站卓越百人博士后和科研博士后視情況給與一定比例的子女入學入托指標。博士后出站離校后其子女不再享受我校正式教職工子女入學入托待遇。

5.博士后在站期間經合作導師和設站學院/研究院同意，可申請中國博士后科學基金、國家自然科學基金和國家社會科學基金。

6.在站一年及以上的全職博士后（流動站自主招收非在職博士后），可以參加“北京航空航天大學優秀博士后”的評選。

7.卓越百人博士后支持期2年，年薪稅前不低于28萬/年。在站期間入選“博士后創新人才支持計劃”等項目的，國家資助學校不統籌。

【導師簡介】：

劉宇宙教授目前主要從事含多環有機硅物質的設計和多苯環體系的組裝方面的研究，計劃通過這方面的研究制備出革命性的具有高性能的新穎材料。劉宇宙教授國內就讀于清華大學化學系(本科/碩士),博士畢業于美國紐約大學化學系，研究氫鍵體系的組裝行為，之后被美國milliken公司聘為研發總部的獨立化學家，進行高性能led封裝材料的開發。劉宇宙教授在材料的設計和研發方面有著豐富的學術界和工業界的經驗，不僅在science, nature commun., jacs, angew, drug. resis. update, adv. sci.等高檔次期刊上發表過原創文章，也研發出屢獲獎項的工業產品。劉宇宙教授創辦的企業獲得了國家高新企業認證、ai金雁獎、全球數字經濟大會北京市人工智能示范案例，beyond可持續發展創新大獎等獎項。劉宇宙教授于2014年入職于北京航空航天大學化學學院，目前對外招生博士后、博士和碩士研究生,各種背景均可,可為化學、材料、環境和計算等。
