一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)地球科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院是中國(guó)歷史最悠久、培養(yǎng)人才最多的地學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)院系之一。歷經(jīng)百年發(fā)展，學(xué)科方向全、綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng)、國(guó)際影響顯著，在教育部歷次學(xué)科評(píng)估中均名列前茅：第三輪學(xué)科評(píng)估中，地質(zhì)學(xué)并列第一；第四輪學(xué)科評(píng)估中,地質(zhì)學(xué)并列a+；“地質(zhì)學(xué)”和“礦業(yè)工程”入選國(guó)家“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科。

學(xué)院堅(jiān)持“走向現(xiàn)代化、走進(jìn)社會(huì)、走出地球”的發(fā)展理念，面向科學(xué)前沿、國(guó)家需求和社會(huì)挑戰(zhàn)，推動(dòng)學(xué)科交叉融合，構(gòu)建新型學(xué)科體系，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先，國(guó)際一流，南大特色”的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。目前學(xué)院包括地球與行星科學(xué)系、水科學(xué)系、地質(zhì)工程與信息技術(shù)系，擁有一支約120人的高水平教師隊(duì)伍，其中包括6位中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士和約50位國(guó)家級(jí)高層次人才。學(xué)院擁有內(nèi)生金屬礦床成礦機(jī)制研究國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、表生地球化學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、關(guān)鍵地球物質(zhì)循環(huán)教育部前沿科學(xué)中心等多個(gè)科研平臺(tái)以及國(guó)家級(jí)地球科學(xué)教學(xué)示范中心，與國(guó)內(nèi)外幾十所大學(xué)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)建立了長(zhǎng)期的人才培養(yǎng)和科研合作關(guān)系，具有較強(qiáng)的國(guó)際影響力。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)地球科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院面向全球招聘優(yōu)秀青年人才，本次原則上招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授，有特別優(yōu)秀的可以應(yīng)聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授。崗位總數(shù)不超過(guò)4個(gè)，其中準(zhǔn)聘副教授崗位不超過(guò)1個(gè)。研究方向包括：

1.關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)資源

2.礦業(yè)工程

3.大地構(gòu)造與地球動(dòng)力學(xué)

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專(zhuān)業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

6.準(zhǔn)聘助理教授崗位應(yīng)聘人員的年齡原則上不超過(guò)35周歲。

thehistoryofschoolofearthsciencesandengineeringatnanjinguniversitycanbetracedbackto1921,theearliestdepartmentofgeologyinchina.afteronecenturydevelopment,ithasbecomealeadinginterdisciplinarycenterforhigheducationandresearchinearthsciences.itconsistsofdepartmentofearthandplanetarysciences,departmentofwatersciences,departmentofgeologicalengineeringandinformation.today,itisthehomeofabout120facultymembers,including6academiciansofthechineseacademyofsciencesandabout50nationalhigh-levelprofessors.ourcolleagueshavemadealotofachievements,suchasthefirstprizeforthenationalscienceandtechnologyprogressaward,thesecondprizeforthenationalnaturalscienceaward.inthechinadisciplineevaluation,schoolofearthsciencesandengineeringrankedno.1ingeologyinthethirdround,anda+inthefourthround.geologyandminingengineeringwereselectedinthenational"doublefirst-class"constructionplan.
