一、學院介紹
南京大學外國語學院辦學歷史悠久，特色鮮明，底蘊深厚。學院肇始于1917年南京高等師范學校設立的英文專修科。在一個多世紀的辦學歷程中，歷代外院人共同努力，薪火傳承，形成了嚴謹踏實、追求卓越的優良傳統。外國語言文學學科2017年入選教育部首批“雙一流”建設學科，2022年再次入選教育部“雙一流”建設學科，在全國第五輪學科評估中取得優異成績。學院擁有一支高水平的教師隊伍，總體規模約96人，其中入選國家級人才項目4人、四青人才4人。學院現有當代外國文學與文化研究中心、外國語言學研究所、翻譯研究所、俄羅斯學研究中心、韓國學研究中心、中德文化比較研究所等科研機構。學院廣泛開展國際學術交流與合作，與牛津大學、哈佛大學、紐約大學、索邦大學、哥廷根大學、東京大學和高麗大學等多所著名高校建立了合作伙伴關系，主持和參與多項國際合作項目，具有較大的國際影響力。
二、招聘崗位設置
南京大學外國語學院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事相應語種教學和相關研究工作的優秀青年人才到學院工作。
外籍教師崗位是南京大學全職全時教師崗位。本次擬招聘崗位如下：
1.英語方向外籍教師2名
2.德語方向外籍教師1名
3.朝鮮語方向外籍教師1名
三、崗位要求
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規，熱愛教學科研事業；
2.具有良好的師德師風，恪守學術道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風和學術道德懲處記錄；
3.申請人母語為所教授語言，具有國外大學人文社會科學學科碩士及以上學位；能夠從事與本專業現有研究方向相符之學術研究；
4.申請人應有較好的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力，能夠勝任本科生和研究生的教學工作；
5.具有在中國或國外高校或專業語言教學機構至少2年執教的工作經驗，教學效果優良，或在國外大學已獲得助理教授及以上任職資格者優先；
6.申請人年齡最大不超過55周歲（1968年1月1日之后出生），特別優秀的可適當放寬。

五、薪酬待遇和相關工作與生活條件配套
1.按受聘崗位執行相關待遇，教師每人薪酬13-20萬元/年（根據各人教齡資歷等有所不同）；
2．提供其他補貼，包含租房補貼、探親補貼等，標準3.5-5萬元/年；
3.可按學校規定申請租住學校周轉房，并優先安排入住。房租按初始房租確定，不隨居住年限增長；
4.在崗期間，學校依法為受聘者繳納南京市企業職工社會保險（包括養老保險、醫療保險、失業保險、生育保險和工傷保險）。學校可根據語言外教個人意愿為其繳納住房公積金。

2.Requirements:
1)ApplicantsshouldobserveChineselawsandregulations,anddemonstrateapassionforteachingandresearch.
2)Applicantsshouldmaintainahighstandardofacademicandworkethicswithoutanypunishmentrecordforviolatingteachingandacademicethics.Proofsofpoliceclearancearerequired.
3)ApplicantsmustbenativespeakersofEnglish/German/Koreanwithamaster’sdegreeoraboveinliterature,linguistics,orotherspecialtiesrelatedtohumanitiesorsocialsciences.PreferencewillbegiventothosewhoseresearchexperienceconnectswiththemajorareasofacademicinterestinEnglish/German/Koreanlanguageandculture,English/German/Koreanliterature,andEnglish/German/Koreanstudies.
4)Applicantsshouldhaveagoodcommandofpedagogicskillsandaflairfororalcommunication,andarecapableofteachingundergraduateandpostgraduatecourseswithcompetence.

4.SalaryandBenefits
1)Theannualsalaryofferedtoafull-timelanguageteacherisabout130,000-200,000yuan/year(variabledependingonpriorteachingexperience).
2)Benefitpackageincludesmonthlyrentalsubsidyandinternationaltravelallowance,rangingfrom35,000-50,000yuan/yearintotal(variabledependingontheapplicants’originsofcountry).
3)University-runapartmentsnearcampusareavailableforrent.Fixedlevelofrentalisguaranteedwithinthetermofcontract.
