福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)豆科油料植物遺傳與系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)研究中心成立于2020年12月,學(xué)科歸屬福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院作物學(xué)科,是一個(gè)國際化科研平臺。有多名國內(nèi)外著名科學(xué)家參與合作共建。莊偉建為中心執(zhí)行主任,二級教授,博導(dǎo);閩臺有害生物生態(tài)防控國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)pi,福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)油料作物研究所所長;印度國家科學(xué)院rajeev k. varshney院士為主任中心,兼職教授,國際半干旱地區(qū)熱帶作物研究所(icrisat)首席科學(xué)家;還有多名國內(nèi)外著名科學(xué)家參與中心建設(shè)。團(tuán)隊(duì)主要從事以花生為主的豆科作物基因組和功能基因組學(xué)、栽培種花生起源馴化及全基因組選擇育種、花生抗黃曲霉、青枯病遺傳及分子機(jī)制,花生胚胎及種子發(fā)育分子機(jī)制研究等。近年來在國際上率先揭示了四倍體栽培種花生復(fù)雜基因組序列和精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)框架(http://peanutgr.fafu.edu.cn)、揭示了豆科植物核型進(jìn)化、花生起源馴化,在花生分子育種技術(shù)及分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)及遺傳育種等亦取得重要進(jìn)展;先后獲得福建省科技進(jìn)步一等獎1項(xiàng),福建省科技進(jìn)步二等獎3項(xiàng)。在nature genetics, plant biotechnology journal, journal of experimental botany, theory and applied genetics等國內(nèi)外頂級或知名刊物發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文180多篇。因工作需要擬招聘教師1名,博士后1-2名。
