學校簡介

一、招聘崗位及待遇

（一）領軍學者：國家級杰出人才，身心健康，在國家著名大學、研究機構擔任教授及相當職務，或承擔國家科技任務、產生重要學術成果、學術水平和貢獻突出。

（二）青年拔尖人才：具有博士學位，年齡一般不超過40周歲，身心健康，取得突出學術業績，具備成為領軍人才的潛質者。本計劃設置“教授”和“特聘研究員”兩類崗位，具體待遇為：

特別說明的是：國家“四青”獲得者，或進入國家“四青”面試環節者，直接入選本計劃“教授”崗位。部分學科優秀者可另獲25萬/年特別資助；特殊情況可面議。

（三）青年優秀人才：具有博士學位，年齡一般不超過32周歲，身心健康。已在相關領域取得明顯業績，在發表論文、主持（參與）科研項目或開展科技成果轉化等方面表現出良好的學術發展潛力，研究方向符合“面向世界科技前沿、面向經濟主戰場、面向國家重大需求”要求，具體待遇為：

特別說明的是：入選國家“博士后創新人才支持計劃”“博士后國際交流計劃引進項目”者直接納入a類管理。

中國博士后科學基金會和我校共同設立“中國西部海外博士后創新示范中心”引進項目，資助優秀外籍（境外）和海外留學博士從事博士后研究工作，入選者薪酬為20萬/年。

（四）骨干教師

教授：具有博士學位，有較高的學術造詣，年齡一般不超過45周歲。具體待遇為：

副教授：具有博士學位，有兩年及以上的工作經歷；海外連續12個月及以上的學習、工作經歷；在相關學術領域已有突出業績；年齡不超過35周歲，人文社會科學類不超過40周歲。具體待遇為：

特別說明的是：副教授實行準聘-長聘制度。準聘期為3年，準聘期滿時聘期考核優秀者轉為長期聘用；聘期考核未能達到優秀者，終止聘用。

school introduction:

ⅰrecruitment position and salary

1.leading scholars programme:

ü national level excellent talents;

2.top young talents programme:

in this plan, there are two kinds of posts: "professor" and "special appointed researcher".

4.backbone teacher

professor:

ü the applicant should hold a phd degree and have high academic attainments, generally do not exceed the age of 45 years old;

associate professor：

ü applicants should hold a phd degree and have at least 2 years’ work experience. generally, do not exceed the age of 35 years old, do not exceed the age of 40 years old in humanities and social sciences;

ü physically and mentally healthy;

ü applicants should have 12 months or more of overseas studying and working experience;

ü applicants should have outstanding achievements in relevant academic fields.

what needs to be noted in particular is that associate professors implement a system of tenure-track. the permitted employment period is 3 years, and those who are excellent in the assessment of the employment period will be transferred to long-term employment; those who fail to achieve excellence in the assessment of the employment period shall be terminated.
