一、學院介紹

南京大學計算機學科是我國最早建立的計算機學科之一，學科整體處于國內前列。軟件工程、機器學習等方向在與國際同臺競爭中形成了特色與優勢，在國內外產生重要影響。建立了國內首批計算機博士點、首批國家重點學科、首批國家一級重點學科、首批雙一流建設學科；計算機軟件新技術國家重點實驗室近十五年連續三次獲評優秀、國內計算機領域第一。

本系立足國際前沿、面向國家重大需求，圍繞新型程序設計與軟件方法學、機器學習與智能化信息處理、分布計算與系統安全、媒體計算與內容處理、理論計算機科學等方向，實現了基礎研究引領創造技術新突破，建成了包括中國科學院院士、歐洲科學院院士、acm/aaai/ieeefellow、長江/杰青/國家特聘7人和四青14人在內的“戰略科學家引領、中堅聚力攻關、青年潛心克難”的拔尖人才隊伍。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學計算機科學與技術系擬面向全球招聘有志于從事計算機學科各主要研究方向的優秀青年人才到學院工作。本次擬招聘1名長聘副教授、4名準聘助理教授，研究方向包括：計算機軟件與理論、計算機系統與安全、計算機應用技術。

三、申請條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國法律和法規，熱愛教學科研事業；

2.具有良好的師德師風，恪守學術道德，勤勉工作，無犯罪記錄，無違反師德師風和學術道德懲處記錄；

3.一流的學術背景：具有相關學科領域的博士學位，具有一流教學科研機構的學習、工作經驗，熟悉相關領域國際前沿的研究動態。其中準聘助理教授要求（博士畢業從事學術研究兩年以上）；

4.出色的教學能力：應具有能夠勝任本專業核心基礎課程和前沿課程的教學能力，掌握良好的教學方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發展潛力：應有相關研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關研究領域有原創性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學術潛力。

thedepartmentofcomputerscienceandtechnologyofnanjinguniversityinvitesapplicationsfortenure-trackandtenuredfacultypositionsinallareasofcomputerscience.thereisoneopeningattheleveloftenuredassociateprofessor,andfourattheleveloftenure-trackassistantprofessor.

iii.qualifications

theapplicantshould

(1)compliancewithlawandregulationsofthepeople'srepublicofchina,devotedtoteachingandresearch;

(2)goodprofessionalethicsandnobleindividualvirtues,abidebytheacademicnorms,workwithduediligence,havenocriminalrecordandhavenorecordofviolatingteachingethicsandacademicethics;

(3)haveafirst-ratebackgroundinacademictraining,specifically,haveaphddegreeincomputerscienceorarelatedarea,experienceinstudyingand/orworkingatfirst-rateteachingandresearchinstitutions,postdoctoralexperienceatworldleadinginstitutionswillbeaplus.andhaveknowledgeofthelatestinternationaltrendsanddevelopmentintherelevantresearchfield(s).theapplicantforassistantprofessorshouldhaveengagedinacademicresearchformorethantwoyearsafterreceivingthedoctoraldegree;

(4)haveoutstandingteachingabilities—astrongrecordofresearchpublicationsanddemonstrationofteachingabilityarealsoessential.theapplicantshouldbeabletoteachcoreandfrontlinecoursesinthecorrespondingdiscipline,andhavesoundteachingmethodologyandstrongverbalskills;

(5)demonstrateoutstandingresearchoutputandpotential—theapplicantshouldhavepublicationsinhis/herfieldofresearch,originalideasaboutrelevantfieldsofresearch,aclearvisionaboutfutureresearchplans,andgoodpotentialforfurtheracademicdevelopment.
