Description:The HR Business Partner is responsible for local HR topics (approx. 50 employees). They support Managers and Employees along the entire HR life cycle such as On- and Offboarding, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance- and Compensation Management, workforce planning, etc. The HRBP works closely with HR Services to ensure effective service delivery. Furthermore, the HRBP contributes to all necessary processes and HR campaigns within the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Implement operational human resource strategies, principles, and processes in line with EAJP Global Gutor HR strategies.? Trusted advisor to the Plant Leadership team; and partner with senior leadership team in delivering the strategy? To support the Plant’s management team to ensure human resource strategies are implemented taking into account compliance (legal, IR/ER, safety, industrial relations)? Support the implementation of Gutor Strategic Workforce Plans, assessment actions in line with organizational efficiency? Execution of the Total Employee Experience and deliver an integrated HR offer? Ensure data accuracy and value adding HR information delivered to the Business.?
