According to the operation standards and service policies, complete annual, quarterly, and monthly plans; effectively manage and develop the team by regular inspection and supervision to ensure standardized and high-quality member service.
2、在公司各項政策程序的指引下，協(xié)助總經(jīng)理有效管理店內(nèi)各區(qū)域，促進、評估和控制店內(nèi)營運，協(xié)調(diào)綜合關(guān)系以使商店銷售和利潤；傳播和推廣公司文化，管理和發(fā)展員工, 確保團隊提供良好的會員服務(wù)。
Under the guidance of the company policy and procedure, assist GM to manage the areas in club effectively, Improving, Evaluating and Controlling club operation, Coordinating synthetically relation to maximize the sales and profitability of the club; Promoting and implementing the company culture, manage and develop people. Ensure the teams provide high quality members’ service.
3、根據(jù)店內(nèi)銷售目標、營運標準及相關(guān)政策，有效管理所屬部門及發(fā)展團隊，確保高的質(zhì)量顧客服務(wù)；有效組織店內(nèi)制定和實施商品促銷和銷售計劃；協(xié)調(diào)各部門區(qū)域的運營，傳遞、解釋和執(zhí)行公司服務(wù)政策，確保高質(zhì)量的顧客服務(wù)和順暢運作，確保所屬部門的銷售、毛利和庫存的計劃執(zhí)行和安全衛(wèi)生標準的達成。
To achieve club sales objective, operation standards and policies, effectively manage and develop his/her department, ensure high quality member service; effectively complete and implement promotion, sales plans within the club; coordinate with club’s department and areas, explain and execute the member service policy to ensure quality member service and smooth operation. Execute the implementation of department sales, gross profit, inventory control plans and hygiene standards.
4、宣導(dǎo)公司文化，依據(jù)公司的銷售戰(zhàn)略、服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略及相關(guān)政策，協(xié)助總經(jīng)理有效制定商場會籍銷售計劃；調(diào)動團隊成員挖掘市場商機，促使會籍銷售；傳播和推廣公司文化，管理和發(fā)展員工確保團隊提供良好的會員服務(wù)。
Disseminate the company culture. Execute company policy and regulations, implement retail and sales strategies; Assist GM to effectively work out the membership sales plan, motivate the team to explore the market opportunity to the maximum extent; Promoting and implementing the company culture, manage and develop people. Ensure the teams provide high quality members’ service.
