Job Purpose:
Assist CTL material planning team to track material shortage and data collection from material planner , help CTL material planning team to analysis the related data to optimize the process. Prepare the daily PID material shortage PPT and relative material checking demand from order and NSI product team.協助CTL物料團隊進行缺料跟蹤，并收集和整理來自于物料計劃員的缺料進展數據，幫助物料團隊進行數據分析以進行流程的優化，并組織團隊反饋訂單組以及新產品項目對物料查料的訴求。
Job Duties:
Participate in the daily PID and familiar with material shortage. 參加每天的PID會議并跟進關鍵缺料進度。
Facilitate the feedback of material checking to relative team. 組織和推動相關的查料工作。
Participant in process improvement and process map update. 參與流程改進和流程圖的繪制。
Follow up OSD and Grief process from MP. 收集OSD和發票解決進展。
Analysis the data variance and follow up the actions to make the process improvement 分析數據差異同時跟進行動方案的實施以進行流程的優化
Required Qualification:
? Basic English skill both in write and speak. 基礎的英文讀寫技能。
? Well communication and team work.良好的溝通和團隊協作。
? Excellence word, ppt, excel skill. 精通基礎辦公軟件操作。
? ? Down to earth working attitude. 腳踏實地的工作態度。
? Bachelor degree or above, preferably in supply chain relative subject. 本科及以上學歷，供應鏈相關專業優先。
