Report to General Manager , and lead a team of I staff .
. Overseeing the data circuits and having them performed at top efficiency ;

. Providing guidance , direction and mentorship to junior employees especially on various task duties they may have difficulty performing :
對下面的工程師在解決一些有難度的問題上提供指導、幫助
Overseeing the proper storage of company data and archiving of records and back up ;
管理好公司的數據備份
. Overseeing all the staff in the China IT department
管理中國區 IT 部門的所有 IT 人員
. Implementing IT system security in the China organization to ensure safety of data and IT Systems
實施 IT 系統安全策略保證公司數據和系統的安全性
. Overseeing the management and maintenance of computer work stations
負責管理好公司的所有電腦系統
. Overseeing the training of staff to ensure they are able to competently use computer software and hardware
負責對公司的用戶提供必要的軟件和硬件培訓
providing support in troubleshooting of computer problems
為計算機故障排除提供支持
崗位要求：
. Bachelor degree or above , majored in Computer Science or IT related
本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業
. Fully competent in English ( spoken and written ). Spanish and / or German desirable but not Mandatory .
流利的英語說寫能力，西語和德語更好，但不強求。
