Lead the IKEA for Business team, develop, coach and challenge your co-workers to grow and perform. ? Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders. ? Analyse sales and customer KPI performance and use this knowledge to priorities initiatives and improve performance. ? Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in your market, both online and offline. ?
