- Direct contact with different government divisions and maintain positive relationships with them, including but not limited to educational bureau, police station, administrative examination and approval bureau etc.
- School License / School Permit annual Checks / Renewal
- Keep the school and SLT team updated with all government regulations and policy;
- Compliance
- Make sure school follows all government regulations and policy for the school’s best interest;
- Harrow Nanning students’ application to City EDU Committee
- To attend the Meetings organized by EDU committees, and other Government related divisions
- To receive the visitors from EDU committees and other Government related divisions
- International school platform type-in and information update
- Prepare reports, response for Education Bureau notice, submitting document
- Private school clinic permit application
- Private school boarding permit application
- Private school foreign student permit
- Private school foreign teacher permit
- Private school tuition fee permit
- Work closely with Admissions and Market to support school events
- Work closely with Yongning and Nanning Education institute of teacher training programs
- Other Government related affairs
