C. Welfare and Discipline Matters 1) To ensure the safety and security of the children at all times and to bring to the attention of the senior staff any matters concerning the wellbeing of the children. 2) To provide the necessary support and pastoral care for pupils inside and outside the classroom. D. Extra-Curricular Activities 1) Supervise and coach students in the after-school activities program and the extra-curricular sports and performing arts programs. 2) To lead at least one Enrichment Activities per week in an area of your strength. E. Personal Development 1) Participate in the annual Professional Performance Review. 2) Participate in School-wide Inset initiatives. 3) Seek INSET opportunities that may arise from the Appraisal process, including pathways to higher qualifications. 4) Seek advice from line managers with regard to professional development and career paths. 5) Take full responsibility for areas that may be reviewed in a full School audit. F.
