Job Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for the design of the battery pack's high voltage electrical system, including high voltage distribution, contactors, fuses, current/voltage/temperature sampling circuits, etc.
61 Design low voltage control circuits for the battery pack, such as BMS power supply, wake-up, communication (CAN/LIN), and signal acquisition circuits.
61 Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and guide hardware engineers to complete the design implementation.
61 Participate in BMS hardware design, including AFE, MCU selection, isolation communication, power management, etc.
61 Ensure BMS hardware meets functional safety and EMC requirements.
61 Coordinate the matching of the battery pack's electrical system with the vehicle's high voltage system, ensuring reliable high voltage interlock (HVIL) and insulation detection functions.
61 Lead electrical system testing (e.g., withstand voltage, insulation, EMC, functional safety), analyze and resolve testing issues.
61 Prepare technical documents such as electrical design specifications, DFMEA, etc.
61 Track domestic and international standards related to battery electrical systems, ensuring design compliance.

Job Requirements:
61 Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Automation/Vehicle Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
61 Over 8 years of experience in electrical or BMS hardware development for battery packs, familiar with high voltage electrical system design and safety standards.
61 Experience in leading new energy vehicle companies or top battery companies is preferred.
61 Complete battery pack development project experience, familiar with the process from design to mass production (e.g., V-model development).
61 Proficient in electrical design tools (e.g., Altium Designer/Cadence/PAD), familiar with wiring harness design (CATIA/CHS).
61 Familiar with the selection and reliability design of high voltage components (e.g., contactors, fuses, current sensors).
61 Master the BMS hardware development process, understand the application of AFE and MCU .
61 Familiar with functional safety and EMC design.
61 Good written and verbal English skills, enjoys teamwork, interested in new technologies, and self-motivated.
