崗位職責:
1. Talent: Based on competency model and position profile, recruit the right person in time and ensure smooth induction; conduct validation panel and develop staffing plan for SV, and ensure its implementation. Recruit and develop Mi-stars as per program. Support to training activities and local initiation.
人才發展:基于能力模型和崗位說明,及時滿足用人需求并做好新人的入職引導; 實施SV的人員評估和人員配置計劃,并確保落地執行。按照項目要求,招聘和發展脈沖星。為辦事處培訓提供支持。
2. Performance management: Conduct monthly sales incentive calculation and analysis, bottom performer ranking and action plan, animate and ensure monthly sales incentive
