Duties and Responsibilities

1. 負(fù)責(zé)高年級(jí)語文教學(xué)，執(zhí)行學(xué)校教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求，確保優(yōu)質(zhì)語文教學(xué)質(zhì)量；
Responsible for upper school level Chinese language teaching and implementation of the School’s teaching standards and requirements to ensure quality language teaching
2. 根據(jù)學(xué)生年齡性格及學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)，制定實(shí)施科學(xué)有效的教學(xué)方案及方法；
Develop and implement scientifically proven teaching plans and methodologies based on age groups and learning traits
3. 設(shè)計(jì)并指導(dǎo)學(xué)生作業(yè)，對(duì)學(xué)生因材施教，耐心指導(dǎo)、鼓勵(lì)探究；
Design homework and provide guidance to students, customize methodologies according to student needs, coaching them patiently and encourage them to explore more
4. 參加學(xué)校組織的教研、不斷提升專業(yè)水平及授課技巧；
Participate in researches organized by the School to enhance professionalism and teaching skills on an ongoing basis;
5. 全面了解學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)及其他情況，針對(duì)性教育教學(xué)，積極與家長(zhǎng)交流學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況。
Gain thorough understanding towards learning and other aspects of each student, deliver outcome-oriented education and maintain active dialogues with parents about student learning
6. 上級(jí)交代的其他與本職工作相關(guān)的事務(wù)。
Other related affairs assigned by line manager.

Requirements
1. 統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，對(duì)外漢語、漢語言、教育學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
University graduate or above in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Chinese Language, Pedagogy and so forth.
2. 5年以上知名學(xué)校一線教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，持有教師資格證；
Holder of teacher qualification certificate with frontier teaching experience of 5 years or more
3. 具有良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，有豐富嫻熟的教育教學(xué)方法；熟練使用多媒體；
Exceptionally professional and familiar with pedagogy and the use of multimedia
4. 熱愛學(xué)生，親和力強(qiáng)；良好的溝通表達(dá)能力，高度的責(zé)任心，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)及創(chuàng)新能力；
Having strong passion and affinity for students, good at communication, highly responsible and competent in learning and innovation
5. 英語口語流利，能與外籍教師流利交流，有海外留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先；
Demonstrate English proficiency with capability of communicating with expatriate teachers; overseas study experience preferred.
6. 省市級(jí)學(xué)科帶頭人、省市級(jí)賽課一等獎(jiǎng)、特級(jí)教師人員高薪聘請(qǐng)。
