一、華南師范大學簡介

華南師范大學始建于1933年，是一所辦學歷史悠久、學科門類齊全、發(fā)展勢頭迅猛的“雙一流”建設高校，是國家“211工程”重點建設大學、省部共建高校、廣東省高水平大學整體建設高校。學校現(xiàn)有廣州石牌、廣州大學城、佛山南海和汕尾4個校區(qū)。

About South China Normal University

South China Normal University (SCNU) was founded in 1933. In 1996, it became a member of “Project 211”. 2015 saw the co-construction of SCNU by the Guangdong Provincial Government and Ministry of Education as well as its entry into the Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project. In 2017, SCNU became a member of the National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. In 2018, it was successfully ranked Guangdong Province's “Aiming at First Class” key construction universities. SCNU now boasts four campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus in Guangzhou, Nanhai Campus in Foshan and Shanwei Campus.

（一）國際聯(lián)合學院

國際聯(lián)合學院于2018年11月成立，是一個學部性質(zhì)的、學校內(nèi)設的二級機構，涵蓋軟件學院、國際商學院、經(jīng)濟與管理學院的部分專業(yè)，聚焦國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型升級，重點與英國阿伯丁大學、澳大利亞科廷大學、英國考文垂大學、美國圣路易斯大學、法國尼斯大學、法國圖爾大學等國外名校開展強強合作，主要依托并整合軟件學院、國際商學院、經(jīng)濟與管理學院等學院的優(yōu)質(zhì)教學資源及辦學優(yōu)勢，重點發(fā)展IT類新工科專業(yè)、IT類專業(yè)與經(jīng)濟類、管理類專業(yè)相交叉的學科專業(yè)。國際聯(lián)合學院正與外方高校加快推進中外合作辦學，深入開展本科、研究生層次人才的聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)，還將根據(jù)區(qū)域發(fā)展需求，組建創(chuàng)新發(fā)展研究院。

1. About International United College (IUC)

The International United College (IUC) was formally established in November 2018, focusing on the national innovation-driven development strategy and industrial restructuring and transformation and upgrading, with a focus on the win-win cooperation with international famous universities including University of Aberdeen, Curtin University, Australia, St. Louis University, U.S.A, the University of Nice, France, and the University of Tours, France. The cooperation focuses on the development of new engineering in the field of new information technology, new engineering and economics in the field of information technology, interdisciplinary subjects in management field, foreign languages and other disciplines. International United College is working with foreign universities to accelerate the promotion of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools and carry out in-depth joint training of talents at the undergraduate and graduate levels. It will also establish an Innovation and Development Research Institute according to regional development needs.

（二）軟件學院

軟件學院是2004年經(jīng)廣東省教育廳批準設置的首批省級示范性軟件學院之一，軟件學院擁有學士、碩士和博士后人才培養(yǎng)體系。

軟件學院開辦的“軟件工程”專業(yè)，具有良好的辦學積淀，人才培養(yǎng)和科學研究具有良好的社會美譽度。軟件學院“軟件工程”專業(yè)是首批“國家級一流本科專業(yè)”、廣東省重點專業(yè)，軟件工程專業(yè)已經(jīng)通過了IEET國際專業(yè)認證。

軟件學院擁有教育部產(chǎn)學協(xié)同育人項目研發(fā)基地、廣東省“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育”云服務工程技術研究中心、廣東省軟件工程實驗教學示范中心、廣東省產(chǎn)學研用協(xié)同培養(yǎng)卓越軟件工程師基地、廣東省智能軟件示范性產(chǎn)業(yè)學院、廣東省“軟件工程專業(yè)核心課程群”教學團隊等教學科研平臺。軟件學院是教育部-華為“智能基座”產(chǎn)教融合人才培養(yǎng)單位。《軟件構造》課程已經(jīng)獲批國家教育部首批“國家級一流本科課程”，《C語言程序設計》《數(shù)據(jù)結構與算法》《團隊激勵與溝通》《軟件構造》《人機交互的軟件工程方法》《人工智能哲學與倫理》等六門課程已經(jīng)獲批廣東省“一流本科課程”。

在“2021軟科中國最好學科排名”中，華南師范大學軟件工程位列全國高校第18名（全國前11.11%）、廣東省高校第2名、全國師范大學第2名。

2. About School of Software

The School of Software is one of the first provincial model software colleges approved by the Ministry of Education of Guangdong Province in 2004. The School of Software has talent cultivation systems in undergraduate, postgraduate and postdoctoral researcher.

The software engineering specialty offered by the School of Software is one of the first batch of "national first-class undergraduate majors" and key majors in Guangdong Province. The software engineering specialty has passed the IEET international professional certification. The School of Software has the Ministry of Education's collaborative education project research and development base, the Guangdong provincial “Internet + education” cloud service engineering technology research center, the Guangdong provincial software engineering experimental teaching demonstration center, the Guangdong province industry university research institute cooperation training excellent software engineer base, Guangdong Intelligent Software Industry Institute, Guangdong Software Engineering core curriculum group teaching team and other teaching and research platforms. The course "software construction" has been approved as one of the first batch of "national first-class undergraduate courses" in China, and three courses including "C language programming", "data structure and algorithm" and "team motivation and communication" has been approved as "first-class undergraduate courses" in Guangdong Province.

In the "2021 ranking of China's best disciplines in soft science", software engineering of South China Normal University ranks 18th among colleges and universities in China (the top 11.11%), 2nd among colleges and universities in Guangdong Province and 2nd among normal universities in China.

二、招聘對象

Talents we are looking for

（一）青年拔尖人才

OUTSTANDING YOUNG TALENT

1.引進條件：原則上年齡不超過38周歲，已取得原創(chuàng)性科研成果并獲同行專家認可，達到或具有沖擊國家人才的能力。能全英或雙語教學。

1.Requirements：In principle, the candidates' age should not exceed 38 years old. The candidates should have original scientific research achievements and have been well-recognized by peer experts, as well as reaching or havong the ability of China’s talents. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.

2.引進待遇：進入事業(yè)編制，聘任或優(yōu)先聘任高級職務，提供有競爭力的年薪和房補，根據(jù)學科基礎和實際研究確定科研啟動經(jīng)費。

國際聯(lián)合學院首聘期另外補貼5萬元/年；科研啟動經(jīng)費一人一議，與學校1:1配套。

軟件學院首聘期另補貼20萬元/年；科研啟動經(jīng)費40萬元。

子女可按規(guī)定申請入讀華南師范大學附屬幼兒園、小學和初中。

2. Rewards ：The candidates can be recruited as professor, associate professor or position of equivalent level. The candidates will be rewarded with decent annual pre-tax salary and housing allowance, will be provided research start-up fund according to research fields and actual needs.

International United College will provide a subsidy of 50,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund will be set case-by-case, with 1:1 ratio accordingly.The School of Software will provide a subsidy of 200,000 yuan per year, and Research start-up fund of up to 400,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

2. Rewards：Employed within public institution staffing quota. Salary and benefits are provided according to the policies of the nation, the province and the university. International United College will provide a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

The School of Software will provide a subsidy of 100,000 yuan per year, and Research start-up fund of up to 200,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.

（二）一類青年英才

First-category Young Talent

1.引進條件：原則上年齡不超過35周歲，獲得博士學歷學位。具有良好的學術背景和突出的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ讶〉酶哔|(zhì)量創(chuàng)新性科研成果。能全英或雙語教學者優(yōu)先。

1.The age of the candidates, preferably under 35，are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree。Obtain a doctoral degree or engage in post-doctoral research work, with a good academic background and outstanding development potential, and have achieved high-quality innovative scientific research results. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2.引進待遇：

（1）學校待遇。一類青年英才聘特聘研究員，聘期三年。

薪酬由基本工資和年度獎勵績效組成，合計32萬元/年，另提供租房補貼2.4萬元/年。三項合計34.4萬元/年。

（2）學院待遇。國際聯(lián)合學院首聘期另補貼4萬元/年；科研啟動經(jīng)費10萬元。

如果具有工作經(jīng)歷、達到學校副教授申報條件的一類青年英才，軟件學院首聘期另外補貼10萬元/年，科研啟動經(jīng)費10萬元。

如果是應屆畢業(yè)博士的一類青年英才，軟件學院首聘期另外補貼8萬元/年，科研啟動經(jīng)費10萬元。

（3）其他福利。子女可按規(guī)定申請入讀華南師范大學附屬幼兒園、小學。在房源許可的前提下，可申請租住南海校區(qū)周轉(zhuǎn)房（不再享受租房補貼）。

2. Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU: Young Talents will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Research Fellow. The candidate will be rewarded with a yearly salary of 320,000 Yuan (includes basic wage and annual rewards), and a yearly housing allowance of 24,000 Yuan. The package of salary and benefits will be 344,000 Yuan per year.

Performance Bonus: During the term of employment, young talents who have obtained the scientific research performance stipulated by the school with SCNU as the first signed unit can enjoy the performance bonus during the current employment period. In principle, other performance bonus at the university level will not be enjoyed.

(2) Rewards from Colleges: International United College will provide a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 60,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period. The candidate who have work experiences or meet the acceptance requirement for Associate Professors in SCNU，F(xiàn)or first employment term, the School of Software will provide a subsidy of 100,000 yuan per year, and research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan. The candidate who is fresh graduate，F(xiàn)or first employment term, the School of Software will provide a subsidy of 80,000 yuan per year, and research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan.

(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can also apply for renting interim apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.

（三）二類青年英才

Second-category Young Talent

1.引進條件：年齡不超過32周歲，獲得博士學歷學位，取得較好的科研工作成果，具有明顯的學術潛力和活力。二類青年英才同時納入學校博士后管理，能全英或雙語教學者優(yōu)先。

1.Requirements：The candidates, preferably under 32, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree. The candidates are expected to have achieved good research results in the field with outstanding academic potentiality and vitality. Second-category Young Talent will be also included in the postdoctoral management of SCNU. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.

2.引進待遇：二類青年英才聘特聘副研究員，聘期三年，基本工資和年度獎勵績效合計27萬元/年，另提供租房補貼2.4萬元/年，合計29.4萬元/年。

國際聯(lián)合學院首聘期另外補貼3萬元/年，科研啟動經(jīng)費6萬元。

軟件學院首聘期另外補貼6萬元/年，科研啟動經(jīng)費10萬元。

青年英才的子女可按規(guī)定申請入讀華南師范大學附屬幼兒園和小學。在房源許可的前提下，二類青年英才可申請租住博士后公寓（不再享受租房補貼）。

2.Rewards：Second-category Young Talent will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Associate Research Fellow. The candidate will be rewarded with a yearly salary of 270,000 Yuan (includes basic wage and annual rewards), and a yearly housing allowance of 24,000 Yuan. The package of salary and benefits will be 294,000 Yuan per year. International United College will provide a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 60,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

The School of Software will provide a subsidy of 60,000 yuan per year, and research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

The candidate’s children can apply to study in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can apply for renting postdoctoral apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.

（四）博士后

Post-Doctors

1.引進條件：原則上年齡不超過35周歲，獲得博士學歷學位，具有一定的學術潛力和活力。能全英或雙語教學者優(yōu)先。

2.引進待遇

（1）學校待遇

聘特聘副研究員，聘期兩年，基本工資和年度獎勵績效合計22萬元/年。聘期（兩年）內(nèi)取得重要科研進展的優(yōu)秀博士后，可申請延期一年并根據(jù)所獲業(yè)績成果提高薪金待遇。

（2）學院待遇

國際聯(lián)合學院首聘期另補貼4萬元/年；科研啟動經(jīng)費4萬元。

軟件學院首聘期另補貼13萬/年，科研啟動費2萬。

1. Requirements：The candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree. The candidates are expected to have good academic potentiality and vitality in the field. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.

2. Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU

Post-Doctors will be employed for a term of 2 years as Special Associate Research Fellow. The total payment is 250,000 yuan per year.

(2)Rewards from Colleges

International United College will provide a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 60,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

The School of Software will provide a subsidy of 130,000 yuan per year, and research start-up fund of up to 20,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

（五）預聘制

PRE-EMPLOMENT SYSTEM

1. 引進條件：獲博士學位，教學能力強，符合學校招聘條件與學院崗位需求。預聘制人員與學校簽訂聘用合同，聘期四年，聘期內(nèi)可通過高級專業(yè)技術職務的晉升轉(zhuǎn)為長期聘用。

1. Requirements：Candidates should giant doctorate degree, and have greater ability of teaching, meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the college’s specific requirements. Permanent employment can be offered once the candidate obtains a senior professional title during the first four-year employment contract with the university. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.

2. 引進待遇：工資待遇參照學校事業(yè)編制人員的有關規(guī)定執(zhí)行；依法參加養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育等社會保險和繳存住房公積金，享受相應待遇。

國際聯(lián)合學院首聘期另補貼3萬元/年；科研啟動經(jīng)費5萬元。

軟件學院首聘期另補貼5萬元/年，科研啟動經(jīng)費2萬元。

在聘期間，按學校周轉(zhuǎn)房管理有關規(guī)定租住學校周轉(zhuǎn)房，其子女可按規(guī)定報讀學校附屬小學或幼兒園。

2. Rewards：Salary and benefits are provided in accordance with relevant regulations of employment within public institution staffing quota, including lawful social insurances such as pension, medical treatment, work-related injury, unemployment, childbirth, as well as housing fund and other benefits. International United College will provide a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to50,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

The School of Software will provide a subsidy of 50,000 yuan per year, and research start-up fund of up to 20,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the first employment period.

During employment, the candidate can apply for renting a temporary apartment according to the university’s relevant regulations. The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.
