brief introduction of see
the school of environment and energy (see) was established in 2009. its mission is to lead the vanguard in the graduate education in environmental protection and renewable energy to establish a model of low-carbon research and education, to train elite problem-solvers for environmental problems, to do research in atmospheric environmental pollution control, water quality, and ecology problems with the development of urbanization, to guide the renewable energy industry in environmentally-friendly technology research and development, and to promote sustainable development of human societies.
see offers both ms and ph.d. degrees in two major fields: environmental science and environmental engineering with almost 180 master and doctoral students in 2020. it focuses on 3 distinctive research directions: atmospheric environmental science, watershed ecology&environmental engineering and bio-energy engineering. see carries out interdisciplinary collaborative innovation with basic scientific research and industrial development goals and has received support from peking university main campus and shenzhen graduate school. welcome talents at home and abroad to join us actively.
see has selected environmental microbiome as one of the key development areas. in the future, see will be committed to the frontier research of the environmental microbiome and the development of environmental biotechnology. the key areas include big data analysis of environmental microbiome, the occurrence and transfer mechanism of resistance gene environmental pollution, the research of extreme environment microbiome, sewage treatment microbiome, and human-environment interface microbiome, which provide technical support for the research and development of basic science and environmental biotechnology in the environmental microbiome.

tenure-track assistant professor
focusing on the research frontiers of environmental microbiome and environmental biotechnology, exploring relevant new theories, new methods and new technologies, taking natural and artificial microbial ecosystems as the research object, studying the interaction between microbial populations, and establishing new theories and technical systems to develop basic research on environmental microbiome and practical application of environmental biotechnology.
1) have a learning background from a well-known university at home or abroad, have obtained a doctorate in a related professional field and have obtained certain scientific research results, can grasp the frontiers of related disciplines, have the ability to carry out original research in this subject field, and be good at conducting interdisciplinary research;
2) with good oral expression and teamwork skills, which can promote international exchanges and cooperation in the discipline;
tenure-track associate professor
using the theories, methods, and technologies of the environmental microbiome and environmental biotechnology, to focus on the key scientific issues of natural and artificial microbial ecosystems, to carry out cutting-edge scientific research on the correlation between microbial populations, and to improve the international influence of environmental microbiome as the key development direction of our school.

環(huán)境與能源學院簡介
環(huán)境與能源學院組建于2009年。學院的辦學宗旨是:建立環(huán)境與可再生能源前沿學科,樹立低碳科研教學典范,培養(yǎng)有能力解決環(huán)境與能源問題的精英人才,研究城鎮(zhèn)化背景下大氣環(huán)境、水環(huán)境和生態(tài)問題,開展環(huán)境友好型、引領產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的可再生能源技術(shù)研發(fā),促進人類社會環(huán)境和能源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
學院設置了環(huán)境科學和環(huán)境工程兩個招生專業(yè),在校碩士和博士研究生約180人。學院圍繞城鎮(zhèn)化過程中面臨的氣、水、能問題,重點發(fā)展大氣環(huán)境科學、流域生態(tài)環(huán)境工程、生物能源等三個特色研究方向。學院以基礎科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標進行交叉學科的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,獲得北京大學本部和深圳研究生院重點專項支持。歡迎海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀人才積極加盟我院。
學院選定環(huán)境微生物組為重點發(fā)展領域之一,未來將致力于環(huán)境微生物組前沿研究、環(huán)境生物技術(shù)體系的研發(fā),重點領域包括環(huán)境微生物組大數(shù)據(jù)分析、抗性基因環(huán)境污染發(fā)生和轉(zhuǎn)移機制、極端環(huán)境微生物組、污水處理微生物組、人與環(huán)境界面微生物組的研究,為環(huán)境微生物組基礎科學的發(fā)展和環(huán)境生物技術(shù)的研發(fā)提供技術(shù)支撐。

圍繞環(huán)境微生物組和環(huán)境生物技術(shù)的研究前沿,探索相關的新理論、新方法和新技術(shù),以自然和人工微生物生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,研究微生物種群間的相互作用,建立新的理論和技術(shù)體系,發(fā)展環(huán)境微生物組基礎研究和環(huán)境生物技術(shù)的實際應用。
