崗位描述：

1) 在歐美國別文學、比較文學理論、世界文學理論等領域獨立開展科研工作，發表高水平學術論文，主持或參與重要科研項目，提升本學科的國際國內影響力。 2) 獨立講授歐美國別文學、比較文學理論等相關領域的本科生和研究生課程。 3) 積極參與本學科課程體系建設，輔導本科、碩士和博士研究生。 1) Teaching undergraduate and post-graduate courses in the fields of European literature, English-language literature, comparative literature theories, world literature theories and ects. 2) Conducting excellent independent research in the fields of comparative literature and world literature. 3) Curriculum development and theiss supervision at undergraduate and graduate levels; supervision of Master and PhD research

資格條件：

具有博士學位，原則上具有博士后研究經歷，具有良好的國際學術視野和合作交流能力。在歐美國別文學研究、比較文學理論、世界文學理論等領域有深厚的專業知識基礎、較強的學術潛力，并已發表高水平論文. A PhD degree in comparative literature, English literature, literary theory, European litearature or other relevant fields. Postdoctoral experience is preferable. A strong record of excellent research in the fields of comparative literature, English literature, literary theory, European litearature.
