        一、招聘崗位:醫(yī)學(xué)部主任

        (一)招聘條件

        1.遵守中華人民共和國憲法和法律法規(guī),熱愛高等教育事業(yè),學(xué)風(fēng)正派、治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、為人師表,具有良好的品行。

        2.熟悉高等教育規(guī)律,具備良好的行政管理經(jīng)驗和水平,具備較強的團隊協(xié)作和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)能力。

        3.具有強烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感,對醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)具有戰(zhàn)略性構(gòu)想和創(chuàng)新性思維,具備引領(lǐng)學(xué)科創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的能力。

        4.具有醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科專業(yè)背景和研究經(jīng)歷,學(xué)術(shù)造詣高深,在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域取得國際同行公認(rèn)的學(xué)術(shù)成就。

        5.身心健康,年齡一般不超過55周歲,學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績特別突出者,年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

        (二)崗位職責(zé)

        1.全面主持醫(yī)學(xué)部教學(xué)科研和行政管理工作。

        2.全面推進醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè),把握學(xué)科發(fā)展方向,顯著提升醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科在國內(nèi)的學(xué)術(shù)地位和影響力。

        3.加強醫(yī)學(xué)部師資隊伍建設(shè),大力引進和培育高層次人才,加強教學(xué)、科研團隊建設(shè),打造高水平特色學(xué)科團隊;優(yōu)化師資隊伍結(jié)構(gòu),全面提升師資隊伍水平。

        4.推進醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)與課程體系改革,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,提升醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。

        5.實施國際化戰(zhàn)略,加強對外合作與交流,提高學(xué)部國際化水平。

        6.加強產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合,瞄準(zhǔn)國家重大戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展重大需求,推動與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作,為國家和地方經(jīng)濟社會建設(shè)服務(wù)。

        (三)聘期及待遇

        1.首聘期為五年,三年后進行中期考核,考核合格續(xù)聘。

        2.在聘期內(nèi),年薪人民幣80萬元起(稅前);按照學(xué)校引進高層次人才相關(guān)政策享受安家補貼、學(xué)術(shù)啟動經(jīng)費;提供充足的辦公實驗室用房,支持組建科研團隊,博、碩士招生指標(biāo)予以政策性傾斜。其中,院士及相當(dāng)水平高層次人才年薪及優(yōu)惠待遇另議。

        3.提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入??;協(xié)助解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué),提供附屬醫(yī)院便捷就醫(yī)條件。

        4.對工作和生活條件有特殊要求的,具體面議。

        二、招聘崗位:政治與公共管理學(xué)院院長

        (一)招聘條件

        5.實施國際化戰(zhàn)略,加強對外合作與交流,提高學(xué)院國際化水平。

        6.加強學(xué)院與政府部門的交流與合作,關(guān)注國家、地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需求,積極建言獻策,切實發(fā)揮思想庫和智囊團作用。

        soochowuniversitynotice

        located in the historically and culturally renowned city of suzhou, known asparadise on earth, soochow university is a key nationalproject 211university, and one of the first institutions covered byplan 2011in china. it is listed among thedouble first-classinitiative and jointly funded by the ministry of education and the jiangsu provincial peoples government. it is also a key comprehensive university sponsored by the state administration of science, technology and industry for national defense and the jiangsu provincial peoples government.

        soochowuniversityaims to become an important base for the training of high-quality talents in innovation and entrepreneurship, high-level scientific research, high-tech r&d, as well as high-level decision-making counseling. it endeavors to become a research university of global repute and visibility. available now are two vacancies for college deans/directors at soochow university. we sincerely invite experts and scholars of related disciplines to join us. the details are as follows.

        . director of the medical college, soochow university

        1. requirements:

        (1) abide by the laws and regulations of the peoples republic of china, be passionate about the cause of higher education, reputable in research, be a role model for students, have good conduct;

        (2) be familiar with higher education, have sound administrative experience and ability, have good capabilities of team cooperation and overall coordination;

        (3) have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, be able to develop medical disciplines with strategic ideas and innovative thinking, and lead the innovative development of the discipline;

        (4) have professional background and profound knowledge in the discipline, have gained internationally recognized academic achievements in this field; and

        (5) be physically and mentally healthy, not over 55 years old in principle with the exception of experts of outstanding academic achievements and contribution.

        2. responsibilities

        (1) to preside over the teaching, research, and administration management of the medical college.

        (2) to promote the construction of medical disciplines in an all-round way with a firm grasp of the direction of its development, and significantly enhance the academic status and influence of medical disciplines in china.

        (3) to build a strong teaching faculty for the college, vigorously introduce and cultivate high-level professionals, organize high-level discipline teams with their own characteristics, optimize the structure of the faculty, and comprehensively improve its quality.

        (4) to promote the reform of medical teaching and curriculum system, innovate talents training mode, and improve the quality of medical personnel training.

        (5) to implement the internationalization strategy, strengthen foreign cooperation and exchanges, and improve the level of internationalization of the college.

        (6) to advance the industry-university-research collaboration, focus on the major national initiatives and needs of economic and social development, promote cooperation with related industries in order to serve the national and local economic and social development.

        3. terms of employment and benefits

        (1) the first employment term is five years. a mid-term assessment will be carried out after the first three years and the contract will be renewed if qualifications are met.

        (2) rmb 800,000 or more (before tax) annually within the employment term. settling-in allowance and research funding are provided according to the policies of high-level expert recruitment of soochow university. other benefits include spatial offices and labs, support for establishing research groups, and priority in recruiting students. tailor-made pay and benefits apply to academicians or experts of the same caliber (to be defined by soochow university).

        2. responsibilities

        (1) to preside over the teaching, research, and administrative management of the school.
