北京大學深圳研究生院城市規劃與設計學院發揮北京大學“地理學”、“生態學”等雙一流學科優勢，聚焦灣區城市與區域的可持續發展，依托自然資源部陸表系統與人地關系重點實驗室等科研平臺，致力于在智慧城市與智慧國土、生態宜居、區域治理等三大領域取得突破性研究成果，并依托廣東省重點新工科“人居環境科學與技術”與國家新型應用學科“國土空間規劃”為國家培養高素質復合型人才。

三、崗位要求與職責

1.助理教授

1)應聘者應具有與上述崗位研究方向相關的博士學位；在相關研究方向具有參與或承擔科研項目的經驗，并取得過較高水平研究成果；學術發展潛力突出。

2)能夠獨立指導研究生，并承擔研究生授課任務。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學工作的素質和教書育人的能力、素養和熱情。

2.預聘副教授

1)應聘者應具有與上述崗位研究方向相關的博士學位；在相關研究方向具有主持科研項目的經驗；并取得過高水平的研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有一定影響。

2)能夠獨立指導研究生，并承擔研究生授課任務。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學工作的素質和教書育人的能力、素養和熱情。

3.長聘副教授

1)應聘者應具有與上述崗位研究方向相關的博士學位；在相關研究方向具有主持國家級科研項目的經驗；并具有豐富的高水平研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有較大影響，具有較高的國內外學術影響力。

2)能夠獨立指導研究生，并承擔研究生授課任務。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學工作的素質和教書育人的能力、素養和熱情。

4.教授

1)應聘者應具有與上述崗位研究方向相關的博士學位；在相關研究方向具有主持科研項目的經驗；研究工作具有引領性或開拓性；是本學科領域國內或國際同行認可的有突出成績的學者，并有標志性的研究成果。

2)能夠獨立指導研究生，并承擔研究生授課任務。

3)具備從事高水平教育教學工作的素質和教書育人的能力、素養和熱情。

taking advantages from the “double-first-class” disciplines from peking university, including “geography” and “ecology”, the school of urban planning and design (supd) at shenzhen gradurate school peking university focuses on the sustainable development of cities and regions in the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area. by establishing multiple innovation platforms such as the key laboratory of earth surface system and human-earth relations of ministry of natural resources of china, we have obtained ground-breaking achievements in the fields of smart city, smart national territory planning, ecologically livable city, and regional governance. the strategic aim of the school is to create a talent-training platform through the new provincial-level practice-oriented programme in guangdong - "human settlements science and technology" and the national new applied discipline - "national territory spatial planning".
