北京大學國際法學院（pekinguniversityschooloftransnationallaw,簡稱“stl”）位于北京大學深圳校區，創立于2008年，是國內唯一提供美國法律培養模式（j.d.）的法學院，也是中國及全世界范圍內，唯一將美國法律培養模式（j.d.）和我國傳統的法律碩士培養模式（j.m.）相結合培養法律人才的法學院。同時，學院還針對國際學生提供ll.m.培養項目。stl廣泛聘請世界頂尖學者，成功組建了卓越的國際化師資隊伍。

教務專員是學院教務團隊的一員，教務團隊主要負責我院的教學管理、教學服務和教學監督，教務專員向主管教務工作的助理院長匯報工作。

一、崗位要求

3.英文流利，能適應中英雙語、跨文化工作環境；

4.有高校工作經驗優先考慮，但不是必要條件。

二、工作職責

1.報到注冊和學籍管理；

2.安排課程和考試，管理成績等；

3.與授課教師和學校相關行政部門保持良好的溝通；

4.為學生提供教務咨詢服務；

5.參與學院活動，諸如擔任學生班主任等；

6.領導交辦的其他事項。

stl seeks one creative and motivated individual for the position of officer of academic affairs. stl offers an engaging bilingual and collaborative working environment, which will hone and promote the candidate’s abilities to work in a cross-cultural professional environment.

the candidate must be attentive to detail and an excellent communicator and be fluent in english. the officer will be part of the school’s academic affairs team, which administers the school’s academic program, which principally consists of a dual juris master and u.s. juris doctor degree.

the officer will work under the supervision of the assistant dean to manage student registration, schedule courses, administer exams, coordinate with faculty and the university, counsel students, and complete other tasks as assigned, such as serving as class counselor for students. experience working in an institution of higher education is preferred but not required.
