01課題組簡介

陳昊，揚州大學(xué)特聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，江蘇省杰青，江蘇省中青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，揚州大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床醫(yī)學(xué)系主任。在nature communications，cell biomaterials，advanced science, bone research, biomaterials等高水平期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇；獲江蘇省科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎，江蘇省醫(yī)學(xué)科技二等獎及江蘇省老年醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)會科學(xué)技術(shù)三等獎等；申請國家發(fā)明專利16項，其中獲批7項。累計主持國、省級等科研項目10項，包括國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目（2項）、青年項目，國家重點研發(fā)計劃子項目、江蘇省杰青項目、江蘇省基礎(chǔ)研究計劃面上項目及江蘇省高校自然科學(xué)研究面上項目等。

02研究方向

1.骨再生與器官間互作調(diào)控：解析骨骼退行性疾病發(fā)生機理與器官間互相調(diào)控，建立器官間調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)，尋找非骨其他器官治療新靶點。

2.骨缺損修復(fù)與功能材料研發(fā)：針對新型智能與納米材料研發(fā)，尋找與骨缺損修復(fù)機制契合的修復(fù)材料，實現(xiàn)生物材料與骨骼的有機融合。

03博后待遇及相關(guān)要求

招聘全職博士后2-3名，工作年薪25-35萬元，單位統(tǒng)一繳納“五險一金”，團隊將全力為博后創(chuàng)造優(yōu)良的科研、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，并共同為博后考核提供支持。出站時達到相應(yīng)標準，可根據(jù)揚州大學(xué)相關(guān)文件可聘為副教授或講師。

應(yīng)聘者年齡需在35周歲以下，近期獲得博士學(xué)位（博士畢業(yè)一般不超過3年）；具有基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)等專業(yè)背景，專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)扎實，實驗技能全面，能獨立開展科研工作。近三年內(nèi)以第一作者發(fā)表較高質(zhì)量sci論文1篇及以上。

01 team

hao chen, phd, professor, doctoral supervisor, dr. chen is the young and middle-aged academic leader ofjiangsuprovince, director of clinical medicine department of medical college of yangzhou university. he has published more than 30 papers in high-level journals such as nature communications, cell biomaterials, advanced science, bone research, biomaterials, etc. it won the first prize of science and technology injiangsuprovince, the second prize of medical science and technology injiangsuprovinceand the third prize of science and technology in jiangsu geriatrics society. he has applied for 16 national invention patents, of which 7 were approved. a total of 10 national and provincial scientific research projects were hosted, including general projects ( 2 ) of the national natural science foundation of china, youth projects, sub-projects of the national key r & d program, outstanding projects injiangsuprovince, basic research projects injiangsuprovince, and natural science research projects in universities injiangsuprovince.

02 research

1.bone regeneration and inter-organ interaction regulation : analyze the mechanism of bone degenerative diseases and inter-organ regulation, establish an inter-organ regulatory network, and find new targets for non-bone other organ therapy.

2.bone defect repair and functional material research and development : for the research and development of new intelligent and nano-materials, find repair materials that fit the bone defect repair mechanism, and realize the organic integration of biomaterials and bones.

03 postdoctoral fellowship benefits and requirements

we are recruiting 2~3 full-time postdoctoral fellows, with an annual salary of 250,000-350,000 rmb, and the employer will provide comprehensive social insurance and welfare benefits. the team will fully support the postdoctoral fellows with an excellent environment for research and learning and will help with their evaluations. upon meeting the corresponding criteria after the fellowship, you can be a faculty ofyangzhouuniversity.

applicants must be under 35 years old and have recently obtained a doctoral degree (generally within 3 years). the candidates should have a solid background in basic medicine, clinical medicine, or biology, with a strong foundation in their respective fields and comprehensive experimental skills. the candidates should be able to do research independently. within the last 3 years, the candidates should have published at least one high-quality sci paper as the first author.
