01課題組簡介

張評滸，揚州大學教授，博導，揚州大學醫(yī)學院抗病毒與抗炎免疫藥理學科研團隊pi，江蘇省藥理學會理事兼抗炎免疫藥理專委會副主任委員，2012年入選教育部“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才”計劃，2藥篩選重點實驗室工作，2012-2013年獲得江蘇省高校優(yōu)秀中青年教師和校長境外研修計劃資助在美國乙肝基金會drexel university醫(yī)學院乙肝病毒研究所從事抗乙肝病毒藥物的開發(fā)與研究工作。作為主持和參與承擔國家十三五重大科技新藥創(chuàng)制專項、國家“十一五”重大新藥創(chuàng)制專項、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國自然科學青年基金項目、教育部回國留學基金項目、江蘇省自然科學基金、江蘇省中醫(yī)藥科技發(fā)展基金、青海省重大科技專項等國家級及省部級科研項目10余項；各類橫向課題60余項，獲得國家發(fā)明專利4項，近年來以第一作者或通訊作者在《autophagy》、《pharmacological research》、《emerging microbes & infections》、《cancer letters》、《antiviral research》、《journal of ethnopharmacology》等國內(nèi)外學術刊物上相繼發(fā)表論文60余篇。目前主要聚焦于抗病毒新靶標發(fā)現(xiàn)及創(chuàng)新藥物開發(fā)、抗腫瘤新型自噬誘導劑篩選與結(jié)構修飾、基于藥效導向的創(chuàng)新中藥復方開發(fā)。現(xiàn)因工作需要，招聘博士后2-3名。

1．基于病毒與宿主互作機制探究廣譜抗病毒新靶標研究；

2.以藥效為導向的創(chuàng)新中藥復方制劑開發(fā)研究；

3.廣譜抗病毒小分子結(jié)構優(yōu)化與靶標確證研究；

4.新型自噬誘導劑的篩選及結(jié)構修飾研究

03應聘條件

1.年齡在35周歲以下，博士畢業(yè)不超過2年；

2.國內(nèi)外知名高校或研究院所獲得藥學、中藥學、基礎醫(yī)學、病原生物學、動物醫(yī)學及免疫學等相關專業(yè)博士學位；

3.博士期間在相關或相近研究領域取得一定研究成果；

4.具備嚴謹?shù)目茖W態(tài)度和良好的學術道德，有較強的團隊協(xié)作和吃苦耐勞精神，能獨立開展相關領域的科學研究；

5.具有較強的英文閱讀、寫作和口頭交流能力。

04工資待遇

1.在站2-3年，薪酬25萬起，同時享受學校和學院的科研成果獎勵；享受揚州大學博士后相應的薪資福利待遇和相關政策支持；享受課題組不低于20萬元的科研啟動基金。

01 research group introduction

prof.zhang pinghu, a professor and doctoral supervisor atyangzhouuniversity, serves as the principal investigator (pi) of the antiviral and anti-inflammatory immunopharmacology research team at thecollegeofmedicine,yangzhouuniversity.he is also a council member of the jiangsu pharmacological society and deputy director of the anti-inflammatory immunopharmacology committee.in 2012, he was selected for the ministry of education’s "new century excellent talents program," and in 2016, he was included in the "qinghai thousand talents plan for high-end innovation." from 2006 to 2017, he worked at the national drug screening center of china pharmaceutical university and the jiangsu provincial key laboratory of drug screening.from 2012 to 2013, he received funding from the jiangsu overseas research program for outstanding young and middle-aged university teachers and presidents to conduct research on anti-hepatitis b virus drug development at the hepatitis b foundation and drexel university college of medicine in theunited states.

he has led or participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level research projects, including the national 13th five-year major new drug development program, national 11th five-year major new drug development program, national natural science foundation, ministry of education returnee startup fund, jiangsu natural science foundation, jiangsu traditional chinese medicine science and technology development fund, and qinghai major science and technology projects.he has also undertaken over 60 industry collaboration projects, obtained 4 national invention patents, and published more than 60 papers as first or corresponding author in international journals such asautophagy,pharmacological research,emerging microbes & infections,cancer letters,antiviral research, andjournal of ethnopharmacology.

current research:

· discovery of novel antiviral targets and innovative drug development.

· screening and structural modification of novel autophagy inducers for anti-tumor therapy.

· efficacy-driven development of innovative traditional chinese medicine (tcm) formulations.

02 application requirements

1.age under 35 and within two years of obtaining a doctoral degree.

2.ph.d.in pharmacy, tcm, basic medicine, pathogenic biology, veterinary medicine, immunology, or related fields from a reputable university or research institution.

3.demonstrated research achievements in relevant fields during doctoral studies.

4.strong scientific integrity, teamwork spirit, perseverance, and ability to conduct independent research.

5.proficiency in english reading, writing, and communication.

03 salary and benefits

1.annual salary starting from250,000 cny(with additional university/institute performance bonuses).postdoctoral fellows will receive full benefits peryangzhouuniversitypolicies and a200,000+ cny research startup fund from pi group.

2.eligibility foryangzhou’s "golden phoenix" talent program benefits (including housing subsidies), national/international postdoctoral grants (e.g.,postdoctoral innovation talent support program: 600,000 cny over two years), and opportunities to apply for national/provincial grants (e.g., nsfc, china postdoctoral science foundation).
